[FONT="]Anxious about paying off a mounting gambling debt, Takuro Yanagida knew his boss carried large amounts of cash around, and so one night in October last year took a key and opened a locked suitcase which contained $300,000.
The judge indicated he would impose a jail term of about one year and would sentence next Friday. Yanagida has served 200 days since his arrest.[/FONT]
